For an architect-designed home in the mountain village of Ål in Norway, we created a Scandinavian dark oak kitchen with a minimalist and timeless expression. Dark oak cabinetry brings warmth and depth, while a warm grey natural stone worktop creates a refined contrast against the rich timber tones. Together, the natural materials create a calm atmosphere that reflects both the surrounding landscape and the home’s contemporary architecture.
