Norrvange limestone

A beautiful limestone from northern Gotland with its own character, in warm sand grey tones and beautiful subtle shifting's. Norrvange is a stone that is suitable for most types of kitchens, but wooden and shaker kitchens in particular, as it works as a beautiful canvas for fine details in wooden shutters and shaker frames created through dedicated craftsmanship. This limestone comes into its own in a mate finish with a smooth surface.

Jämtland limestone

Jämtland limestone is quarried in Brunflo, just outside Östersund and has often a clear veining and marbling. The limestone is dark grey but can be perceived as almost black and is therefore a perfect choice for those who wish to create drama and built extra character in the kitchen. The dark limestone is also great for highlighting other classic materials, such as brass and dark wood.

Jämtland limestone is a good choice of worktop as it is one of the world's hardest limestone varieties, with great durability.

Kinnekulle limestone

Kinnekulle limestone is a Swedish limestone that has been mined on Kinnekulle in Västergötland since the Middle Ages.

Limestone from Kinnekulle is available in different colors and each stone quarried here is unique. The upper layers are of red stone in two different shades. The middle layers consist of gray limestone that shifts in several different shades. At the bottom are additional layers of red stone, which also differ from the upper layer of red melange stone.

Kinnekulle limestone is perfect for those who want to create a Scandinavian feeling in their kitchen.

Öland limestone

The Öland limestone has been quarried on Öland for more than 1,500 years and is a fantastic grey-brown limestone with warm tones. The stone, which has clear fossil impressions and traces of plants visible in the pattern, is a classic and durable choice and gives the kitchen a solid and personal expression. Öland stone, as Öland limestone is also called, is a very durable stone and can also be advantageously used outdoors as a floor for patios.
